Please email us at help@tinytrendsetter.com if you wish to return an item as we need to provide you with a return authorization number and the mailing address of where to send the package.

New and unworn/unused regular price items are eligible for a refund. Tiny Trendsetter must receive the returned merchandise within 60 days of the delivery and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other error by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package. We do not accept returns on any face masks, car seats, bedding, sleep wear, sleep sacks, bathing suits, baby carriers or undergarments. All Sale Items are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Returns are discretionary upon inspection of the item once received by us. If you need a longer return period please send us an email to help@tinytrendsetter.com as we are willing to make exceptions in certain circumstances (i.e. gift purchase, etc.). Refunds are processed in 10-14 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
